    AGREEMENT ABBREVIATED 
    This contract defines the terms and conditions under which party hall located above
    and hereafter referred to as the Venue and the Individual  Renter.
    ​Renter must be 21yrs or older, Legal name must match Cash App name or lose your deposit
    REFUND POLICY
    Reservations before seeing venue are 100% refundable
    No refunds after seeing and approving venue
    No reschedules, switching venues including acts or god storm emergencies.
    GENERAL DRESS CODE
    No saggy pants, sleeveless shirts, head ties or flags.
    PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES TO IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN
    No Smoking indoors, Gambling, Gang members, Door sales, Sale of drugs or alcohol, Arguing or acts of violence. 
    DAMAGES AND FEES
    The renter stated below is personally responsible for all trash / garbage inside or around the Venue
    and any perceptible damages as a result of this rental.
    All damages or accidents involving guess is the renters responsibility, event insurance should be purchased.
    Renter is responsible to clean up after event and exit with all trash. 
    CANCELLATION POLICY
    In the unlikely event the Renter should cancel all deposits are nonrefundable.
    The Venue shall have the right to terminate this contract if the Renter fails to meet payment.
